FAQs
We only carry PREMIUM MATTE paper. All of our stickers (unless otherwise stated) will be on this smooth, premium matte paper. There are several pens on the market that will work on our sticker sheets.
FOIL:
Please note that due to the way foil is processed, SOME oops may occur. While we stride for perfection, please let us know if you have an issue with a sticker!
COMBINE ORDERS:
Please email us immediately after placing an order in order to combine it. Combining orders is currently NOT available during large multi-day sales.
PROCESSING TIME:
Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks. During sale times, this processing time can increase to 3-4 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please email me within 2 hours if you would like to cancel any orders. Sometimes we process orders as they come in, so if your order has already been shipped and dropped off at the post office, we can unfortunately no longer cancel it.
REFUNDS:
We currently do not accept refunds.
