Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 states in the US. We also do have a shipping program to be ship to Canada and parts of the EU.
How long does shipping take?
Production takes between 8-10 business days. This time period may go up during sale times. Once the item leaves our home office, shipping times can take up to 7 business days but please check your tracking provided for more up to date information.
How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Once we ship an order through Shopify, an email is sent to you with tracking information.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns at this time.
How long does it take to process my return?

Can I exchange for a different item?
We do not accept exchanges.
General
What paper types do you offer?
We offer premium matte paper for all of our sticker products. We also offer washi sticker paper for some of our sticker products as stated in the description.
I have some oops on my foil stickers! What can I do?
Not to worry! Minor issues on foil stickers is normal. Sometimes there will be a black or grey dot on foil stickers but do no worry, your stickers are still super cute and super functional! Foiling issues may occur when purchasing foil stickers.
How can I cancel an order?
Please inform me within 2 HOURS that you would like to cancel your order.
Can I combine an order?
Sure! Just send us a message through the contact us form! Please note that for some multi day sales we cannot combine orders.
